When I was put spontaneously in a position to sell my sister's home, I was overwhelmed to say the least. I didn't know where to begin, how to do it or what to expect. Jay came to the house right away to instruct me on how to get started. Jay knew the market well, he had insightful direction on how to bring the house up-to-date to get the top dollar.
